Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your goods’ delivery then unfortunately you can’t return the purchased goods.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards & health and personal care items. And products which are returned 30 days after delivery.
- Goods with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We try to bring your ordered products as soon as possible. But, however it also depends on supplier of the products and logistics challenges that are faced during the shipments. But, on a general note, please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order.
